Chris Cimino is Chessboard Consulting’s President and Chief Executive Officer and directs the firm’s employee relations consulting services. Chris has over 30 years of experience helping clients increase employee engagement, achieve improved organizational performance and respond to threats from organized labor.

Chris has a broad range of expertise in the areas of employee/labor relations, employee engagement and organizational communication. He specializes in helping clients navigate through some of the most complex employee relations crisis situations. In addition to his executive and consulting responsibilities, Chris is frequently called on as content expert in the area of labor relations and employee engagement by several professional associations (i.e., Illinois Health and Hospital Association, the Hospital Council of Western Pennsylvania, the Iowa Hospital Association, the Wisconsin Hospital Association, and others). In this capacity, he regularly consults with association leaders and C-level executives for his insight and expertise.
