Physician Integration Toolkit
Physician Integration is the strategic process of assimilating a physician into a health care organization in order to foster long- term, meaningful relationships, maximize patient delivery systems, and collaborate in achieving the organization’s mission while utilizing the health care system’s resources of human capital, equipment, and technology in order to create a competitive marketplace for the physician, thus creating financial and structural linkage with the physician to the health care system.
