Exit Interview Toolkit

The exit interview is the formal process performed by the health care human resource professional in order to obtain candid responses regarding work related topics from the employee leaving the health care organization. This process includes a series of questions related to compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities, professional development, organizational culture, and work environment. Responses from exit interview questions provide a learning opportunity for the health care human resource professional for continuous improvement within the organization.
