Q. When can I participate in the ASHHRA Metrics Tool?

A. You can participate at any time as the site is up and available. Please remember that although you do not need to enter the data by a specific date, it is helpful to do it before the end of the calendar year. In this way, there will be enough data for purchasers to use when they begin to run their customized reports.  

Q. How do I participate in the ASHHRA Metrics tool?

A. Log on to https://ashhra.enetrix.com, but if you have a question of any kind, please contact customer service at (608) 664-3822 or email ashhra.support@enetrix.com for assistance.

Q. What if I don’t have all the information that the metrics tool asks for?

A. Log on to the Web site and download the worksheet which includes a glossary of terms that will be helpful to you. Pull together the information needed and then you can log back in once you are ready.

Q. Once I start completing the metrics tool, do I need to finish it right then?

A. No, you can save the data you entered and return to the tool at your convenience. However, we do encourage you to finish your data entry in a timely fashion, so that the system can recognize all the data you have submitted.

Q. Do I need to purchase the metrics tool subscription to the report to participate?

A. Absolutely not--although we think the metrics tool report is valuable to you as an HR professional, there is no requirement to purchase in order to participate.  Participation is absolutely free of charge.

Q. Why should I take the time to participate?

A. By participating in the ASHHRA HR Metrics Tool, you will be contributing critical workforce data to a database that can be used by both you and your HR colleagues across the country. The larger the number of participants, the richer the data will be for all healthcare HR professionals to use in their own organizations.  And as a participant, you receive a substantial discount when you purchase the one-year subscription.

Q. How long will it take me to complete?

A. Once you have gathered all the required information, it should only take about 20 to 30 minutes to complete.

Q. Do I have to decide to purchase a subscription to the metrics tool report when I participate and enter my organization’s data?

A. No, you do not have to purchase the report at that time.  However, we encourage you to purchase the report so you can have access to the data sooner rather than later.

Q What do I get if I purchase the ASHHRA HR Metrics Tool Report?

A. By purchasing the ASHHRA HR Metrics Tool Report, you are purchasing a one-year subscription service.  This allows you anytime during that year to pull data and compare it to your own organization.

Q. What are the features of the ASHHRA HR Metrics Tool Report?

With the report you will be able to choose your own independent variables making it possible for you to customize the report for specific audiences and create unique reports as you need the data.
Q. What if I purchased last year’s survey -- how will this new data compare to what I received previously from ASHHRA?

A. The actual tool collects information similar to the information gathered in previous years from ASHHRA along with additional information that we believe will be very useful.  The information gathered within the Metrics Tool includes HR expenses, turnover, recruitment cost, vacancy rates, hire rates, etc.
Q. How do I purchase the ASHHRA HR Metrics Tool Report?

A. Go to https://ashhra.enetrix.com and click on Reports to register and purchase now.   There is no waiting for data to be compiled and reports to be delivered.  With payment by credit card, access to the online reports is immediate.  The database is updated regularly. Your “Data” column and you will then be able to compare it with the benchmark. 
Q. Will there be discounts of any kind?

A. Anyone who participates in the survey receives a discount, whether an ASHHRA member or not, although ASHHRA members receive the greatest discounts.
