Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center.
The Hyatt Regency Denver is adjacent to the Colorado Convention Center. This 37-story hotel offers spectacular views of the Rocky Mountain range and the city's most dramatic skyline. Amenities include modern meeting facilities, restaurants, business center services, and recreational facilities.
We encourage you to reserve your room soon as ASHHRA has contracted a large room block with the Hyatt Regency at discounted group rates and assumes financial risk. If our contracted room block is not met, ASHHRA is financially liable for penalties. By reserving rooms at the Hyatt Regency via Passkey, attendees and exhibitors continue to help ASHHRA leverage the most economical rates for future conferences in desirable cities.
Guest Room Rates
Hyatt Regency Denver - $199.00 + 14.75% city/state tax (tax subject to change)
Single or Double Occupancy - Special Rate through August 24, 2012.
The official room block discounted rate and availability are not guaranteed if reservations are made after August 24, 2012. After this date, the official ASHHRA room block is released, and the hotel may charge significantly higher rates. All reservations require a credit card to be used as a guarantee with a valid expiration date through the end of September 2012.

PLEASE NOTE: ASHHRA has not contracted with any expo or travel offices to manage hotel reservations. Please reserve your overnight guest rooms only on the ASHHRA Passkey website.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled up until four (4) weeks prior to arrival. After this time the credit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged a non-refundable one (1) night’s room and tax deposit.
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax will be applied if you do not notify the hotel of your change in departure at check-in.
Emailed acknowledgements/confirmations will be sent after each reservation booking, modification, or cancellation. Please contact the Hyatt Central Reservations with any questions at 1-888-421-1442.

Ground transportation to and from the Denver International Airport is available via taxi, Execucar, or Super Shuttle and Blue Sky Shuttle Service. Please note that all rates are subject to change without notice.
Taxis:
Taxis are located in the baggage claim area, East Terminal Island 1 exit Door 507, and West Terminal Island 1 exit Door 510. Taxis are regulated and charge flat fares for zones within the Denver Metro area. Downtown Denver is in Zone A, and the flat fee is $51.00 + $3.75 gate fee.
Execucar:

Super Shuttle and Blue Sky Shuttle Service:
The Super Shuttle and Blue Sky Shuttle counters are located on Level 5 at the airport. Shuttles operate daily from 4:00 am until midnight. Travel time to the Downtown Denver area is approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on the number of stops. Reservations may be booked online or via telephone. A public parking garage is built into the convention center with 1,000 spaces. There are no in and out privileges.
