Special Annual Conference Scholarship
For many ASHHRA members, the cost of attending a conference is not covered by their annual development budget, and incurring such a large expense is simply not feasible. MetLife Resources makes it possible for ASHHRA to give one member from each of the nine ASHHRA regions an opportunity to attend the ASHHRA 45th Annual Conference and Exposition, November 1 - 3, 2009 in Chicago, Ill., by contributing $1,500 per person. This amount will cover the cost of the conference registration, plus defray some of the hotel expenses.

Each applicant should consider the following:

Applicant must attend the 2009 conference

Applicant must show financial need

Applicant must meet submission deadline: June 30, 2009

Recipient must be present for recognition at the conference

Recipient must prepare a one-page post-conference report to be published in his/her ASHHRA regional newsletter.
