Full Conference Registration Fee
is for Sunday, Oct. 12 – Tuesday, Oct. 14
Registration is not considered complete until payment is received. Advance registration via mail or fax must be postmarked by Sept. 15, 2008. After that date, a late fee of $100 will be added.
Attention: Tuesday's Learning Session, "What's New in the Legislative & Labor Arena" (T7), has been rescheduled as a Special Interest Session on Monday, October 13 at 10:30 a.m. (M11-B).

Policies
Confirmation Policy
All paid registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. Please call Registration Control Systems at 866-843-0006 if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation. ASHHRA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and to close registrations when sessions are full. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees, less a $100 cancellation fee, are refundable if notice is received in writing via mail, e-mail, or fax by Oct. 1, 2008. Cancellations received after that date will not be refunded. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. ASHHRA is not obligated to fulfill a cancellation request not received by the cancellation deadline. Please confirm receipt of cancellation notice prior to Oct. 1, 2008. Direct your cancellation request/questions to Regina Stoker, ASHHRA, One North Franklin, Chicago, IL 60606, by fax to 312-422-4575, or e-mail rstoker@aha.org. All refunds will be made to payer only. Registrants unable to attend the conference may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member, the difference between the member and the non-member fee will be required.
Rules of Conduct
1. By their registration, attendees agree to refrain from marketing products or services during the course of the program.
2. Registrants agree that ASHHRA may electronically record and distribute this program; no other individual entity may record any portion of this program without consent.
3. The Austin Convention Center is a smoke-free facility.
4. Due to liability issues, children under the age of 21 are not allowed in the exhibit hall.
